Dear Trucker…
Kathy and I want to join anyone who endeavors to provide quality emotional, relational, and spiritual support to Truckers and the Trucking Industry across the United States of America. I understand and recognize the unique, difficult, and often dangerous nature of your work and the demands it places on you.
How do I know? Two ways:
· For a short time, I was a Trucker—until I became legally blind in 2005. Yep, I was a Company Driver for TMC Transportation, JB Hunt, and Werner Enterprises, Inc.
· For over 35 years, I have served Truckers as a Bi-Vocational Pastor and Chaplain.
We are constantly looking for new and more effective ways to offer you the assistance you need. I seek collaboration with other Christian Truckers, Mobile Chapels, and Local Churches, as well as Truck Stops, Schools, and Carriers that are interested in improving your quality of life. The research and development of
TruckerSupportSystem.COM
web site is such an effort. I pray that it will provide you, as well as those who consider you important, with a wide variety of quality Discipleship Follow-Up resources—to help you any time…any where.
The
CWW® Trucker Support System
is designed with you, the Trucker, in mind. It is built upon the hope that I will encourage you to find insights and answers to help connect your faith to existing fellowship.
Our hopes and prayers are with you for a deep and abiding sense of ‘connection’. And, don’t forget, if you need a real live voice to talk to, contact me for some personal, one-on-one dialogue.
We are here for you. Let us help as we pray:
“O God Arise…
…and change the way
Truckers think about church and Christianity.
Help us build
an exciting, accepting, and active collaboration
of imperfect but growing people
who can be difference-makers
in the Trucking Industry.
Give us an enthusiasm to see Truckers,
who have not considered themselves committed Christians,
come and relax and learn and then
—the lights go on—
and they discover a faith that is real
and a mission in life that makes a difference.”
Kind Regards,
Dr. J
